Refund policy
If anything happens to your earrings upon arrival please notify us immediately. We ask that you let us know within 5 days of arrival, after that we cannot be confident that this error in fact happened in transit.
We pride ourselves in making accessories that will last years to come. We know things can happen, especially with handmade items, and if something you purchased breaks please email us and we will assess how to move forward. Repairs for items that broke at NO FAULT to the customer within 30 days of receiving will be repaired/replaced at no cost. Anything after 30 days will be reviewed on a case to case basis and the customer must pay shipping for the return of the item in need of repair/replacement.
With custom pieces, no returns are accepted.
There are no exchanges for any earrings that include the description "made from a slab, each earring will be different but have the same color scheme." By buying these earrings you are agreeing to those terms. If you are returning due to damage, you can only receive a duplicate of your previous order.
