SHIPPING:

Please allow 10-14 BUSINESS days for your order to be made, packed with love and care and shipped (unless stated otherwise in the item’s description).

Please note that shipping providers are seeing delays, especially with first class/ground mail. In the case that your package has been in "Pre-shipment"/"Label Created"/"Shipment Ready" status and it has not been updated within 72 hours of your label being created, we will need to wait at least 3 WEEKS (for domestic orders & 8 for international) for the package to be found or a status to be confirmed (i.e. lost indefinitely) before we can take further action to resolve the issue on our end which will be handled on a case to case basis. This is due to the mishandling of packages (regardless of the carrier OR the shipping method chosen) and has zero reflection on this business as we drop packages off and trust carriers will handle your goods with care. We hope you extend grace to both our business and the carriers helping us bring you your special goods. 

If you purchased an item and your label is printed but your tracking does not update immediately, please give until the end of the processing time to update. Labels are sometimes printed in batches and shipped when ready. Then, tracking *should* update. 

PLEASE NOTE that during this time with COVID tracking may not update on the carriers end immediately, so please be patient as our carriers are doing such an amazing job keeping small businesses running!

Overseas shipping, including Canada, have been issued a notice of possible extended shipping times. Priority shipping is available to hopefully help avoid any issues.

 

 About our earrings:

*Please know before buying* all our earrings are hand made, from scratch. Slight imperfections are expected. We will never send out a product that is not up to our standards.

If anything happens to your earrings upon arrival please notify us immediately. We ask that you let us know within 5 days of arrival, after that we cannot be confident that this error in fact happened in transit.

We pride ourselves in making accessories that will last years to come. We know things can happen, especially with handmade items, and if something you purchased breaks please email us and we will assess how to move forward. Repairs for items that broke at NO FAULT to the customer within 30 days of receiving will be repaired/replaced at no cost. Anything after 30 days will be reviewed on a case to case basis and the customer must pay shipping for the return of the item in need of repair/replacement.

With custom pieces, no returns are accepted.

There are no exchanges for any earrings that include the description "made from a slab, each earring will be different but have the same color scheme." By buying these earrings you are agreeing to those terms. If you are returning due to damage, you can only receive a duplicate of your previous order. 

Polymer clay is very durable and even bendable, HOWEVER, please do not bend your earrings. We understand that accidents do happen, so if for some reason you break your earrings please contact us via EMAIL. We will review on a case by case basis.

All pieces come with care instructions so please read included paperwork.
